CONDITIONS
 

  • Your return must be received by our partner within 14 days of receipt of your order. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that your return will be accepted.

  • We recommend that you send back the goods you wish to return within seven days of receipt of your order to guarantee that your return arrives back at our partner before the 14 days are up. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions. 

  • Please note that we can only collect returns from the same destination where the goods were delivered.

  • Once a return has been received and meets our returns policy, we will refund you using your original method of payment, minus your shipping cost.

  • We recommend that you carefully inspect your ordered goods upon receipt before removing any labels or disposing of the original packaging.

  • Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unwashed, flawless, unused condition and with all original tags attached. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original packaging and in the original shipping box.

  • If an item comes with a security tag, it must not be removed. If this label has been removed, your return does not comply with our return policy and will not be accepted.

  • Hosiery can only be returned in its original, unopened packaging and underwear can only be tried on over your own lingerie.

  • We recommend that you send your return in the original packaging to ensure safe shipping.

  • Beauty products can only be exchanged if they are returned unused, unopened, with the seal intact and in their original packaging.

  • Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and documents.

Please note that custom-made products are specially designed according to your ideas. We can therefore only accept returns if the item is faulty or damaged.

Pre owned items:

Pre-owned items on Gittabanko.com like vintage pieces are strictly checked for authenticity and quality before going online. These valuable and timeless classics should be treated with the same care as new goods.

Vintage items may only be returned in the condition in which you received them.
